Por el contrario, la esencia del valor de un servicio puede analizarse desde diferentes perspectivas:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"565\" data-end=\"993\">\n<li data-start=\"565\" data-end=\"703\">\n<p data-start=\"567\" data-end=\"703\"><strong data-start=\"567\" data-end=\"594\">Niveles de rendimiento:<\/strong> Se trata de qu\u00e9 tan bien el servicio cumple o supera las expectativas del cliente en t\u00e9rminos de resultados.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"704\" data-end=\"828\">\n<p data-start=\"706\" data-end=\"828\"><strong data-start=\"706\" data-end=\"734\">Consideraci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica:<\/strong> La cantidad que un cliente est\u00e1 dispuesto a pagar por el servicio refleja su valor percibido.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"829\" data-end=\"993\">\n<p data-start=\"831\" data-end=\"993\"><strong data-start=\"831\" data-end=\"856\">Tolerancia al riesgo:<\/strong> No se trata solo de los beneficios. Tambi\u00e9n se considera cu\u00e1nta incomodidad, vulnerabilidad o riesgo est\u00e1 dispuesto a asumir el cliente.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"995\" data-end=\"1112\">El valor est\u00e1 determinado en gran medida por los resultados del negocio, la percepci\u00f3n y las preferencias personales.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1114\" data-end=\"1117\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1119\" data-end=\"1166\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Creando_Valor_a_Traves_de_los_Servicios\"><\/span><strong data-start=\"1123\" data-end=\"1166\">Creando Valor a Trav\u00e9s de los Servicios<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1462\">Apuntar a los resultados deseados no es sencillo. Requiere recursos, que inevitablemente conllevan costes asociados y riesgos inherentes. Es una danza compleja en la que los efectos experimentados por el cliente pueden verse influidos por m\u00faltiples factores y, al mismo tiempo, influir en ellos.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1464\" data-end=\"1706\">\u00bfLa regla de oro? Esforzarse siempre por entregar valor sin trasladar riesgos ni costes espec\u00edficos al cliente. Idealmente, cualquier relaci\u00f3n de servicio debe mantener un equilibrio en el que los resultados positivos superen a los negativos.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1708\" data-end=\"1767\">En otras palabras, al considerar la provisi\u00f3n de servicios:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1769\" data-end=\"1945\">\n<li data-start=\"1769\" data-end=\"1850\">\n<p data-start=\"1771\" data-end=\"1850\">Sopesar los requisitos afectados, los costes introducidos y los nuevos riesgos.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1851\" data-end=\"1945\">\n<p data-start=\"1853\" data-end=\"1945\">Equilibrarlos con los resultados respaldados, los costes eliminados y los riesgos mitigados.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1947\" data-end=\"1986\">\u00bfEl objetivo final? <strong data-start=\"1967\" data-end=\"1986\">\u00a1Generar valor!<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1988\" data-end=\"1991\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1993\" data-end=\"2011\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Conclusion\"><\/span><strong data-start=\"1997\" data-end=\"2011\">Conclusi\u00f3n<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2012\" data-end=\"2379\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">En el entramado complejo de la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios de TI, los hilos de las expectativas del cliente, la gesti\u00f3n de costes y la evaluaci\u00f3n de riesgos se entrelazan para crear valor.
