Therefore, it is essential that you know how to create a Change Request Form (CRF).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But making changes is not easy. That is why the Change Request form, or CRF, is a fundamental tool to ensure that a change occurs in a healthy way within your organization.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Without a good form, it becomes impossible to consult past changes, who approved them, who was affected, and who requested them. In addition, we cannot say what was actually done, what went wrong, what went well, and what was reversed. The form can be very simple, very complex, or somewhere in between. Here, we will create a form that is in this middle ground.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I suggest that you start with a simple form and then make it more complex according to the needs of your business and organization.
