VeriSM\u2122 is specially adapted to support companies and help them succeed in the world of digital services.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Service management is approached from the organizational level as an end-to-end view. That is, it focuses not only on a single department.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One of the advantages of this model is that it shows how companies can adopt a series of management best practices that require flexibility. With VeriSM\u2122, you don&#8217;t have to limit yourself to DevOps, Agile, Lean or any other practice. You can (and should) apply all those that are necessary for the company.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The VeriSM\u2122 Model is always adaptable according to the size of the business. Therefore, it is important to emphasize that the organizational culture directly affects the implementation of the operational model. This solution is always based on prerequisites that involve Governance and Service Management Principles.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Produce\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Produce<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It involves the construction, testing, and deployment\/validation of the solution. The solution is built from a Service Plan.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Provide\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is the VeriSM\u2122 Model stage where day-to-day activities and marketing are included. These activities have only one objective: to ensure the functioning and more consumers of the product\/service.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Respond\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respond<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This activity addresses service issues, inquiries, and requests from consumers and non-consumers. VeriSM\u2122 fills this gap.
