Since an operational process is the process at the heart of the business, in which people work on a product or service for a customer.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In general, operational processes are carried out through a group of interrelated tasks. For example: the process of manufacturing a bicycle in a certain industry.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support (directive). For example: the company&#8217;s strategic planning process.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Management (support). For example: the processes of buying and selling or HR processes for hiring resources.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Information has become an important production factor in operational processes. Therefore, one of the methods to determine the value of information is to verify the role of information in the process.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each operational process establishes specific requirements for providing information. Thus, there are processes that are very dependent on the availability of information.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For example, the company&#8217;s website, while other processes are more dependent on the absolute accuracy of information, such as product prices and so on.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Main_functions\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Main functions<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As we know, the operational sector deals with various activities according to the type of business.
