And for this, there are 5 fundamental principles that must be followed. Involving the user in the service creation process can bring valuable insights and ensure that the service meets their needs. In this case, visual resources can help. <\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ask your team to use photos, graphics, and images whenever possible. Visual tools like these are less complicated and easier to digest; they allow the team to remember important points and also help bring ideas to life. <\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In other words, visualizing the service in this way during development helps the team improve the design and ensures that customers will be satisfied at the end of the process.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Holistic_Think_of_the_whole_service\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Holistic: Think of the whole service<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The fourth principle is integration. Don&#8217;t just think of isolated parts of the service, but the whole process. Consider all the points of contact with the user and how they integrate to form a complete experience.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Iteration_Never_stop_improving\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iteration: Never stop improving<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The fifth and final principle is iteration. A service is never complete and there is always room for improvement.
