A Quality Management System (QMS) is the way in which a company works and manages its business. This system defines the way in which a company manages the quality<\/a> of its products and services.<\/span><\/p>\n

Every company that is dedicated to providing quality service should have a QMS strategy as an incentive to meet customer requirements through processes.<\/span><\/p>\n

To be complete, a system depends not only on the definition of a Quality Policy that creates a conducive environment for continuous improvement, but also on the definition of customer goals and meeting their requirements, determining the needs and expectations of stakeholders as well.<\/span><\/p>\n

A strategy for developing and implementing a quality<\/a> management system consists of a few steps such as determining processes and people with necessary responsibilities to achieve goals.<\/span><\/p>\n

The use of necessary tools and resources will help measure the effectiveness and efficiency of each process.<\/span><\/p>\n

In summary, a QMS consists of the following components:<\/span><\/p>\n
