In this article, we&#8217;ll get to learn all about framework integration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We have examples of Frameworks such as <a href=\"https:\/\/itsmhouse.com\/what-is-itil-4-definitive-guide-to-itil-4\/\">ITIL<\/a>, which is about Information Management, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.isaca.org\/resources\/cobit\">CobiT<\/a>, which is a framework focused on IT Governance that is explored in the ITMP certification. While ITIL covers the process domain, Six Sigma focuses on method improvement.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Integration_of_ITIL_and_CMMI\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Integration of ITIL and CMMI<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CMMI has a strong focus on the development of (new) services, while ITIL focuses on managing the seamless integration of these new services into daily operations. The goal of CMMI and ITIL is to define and describe changes in process management, which is essential as it provides an interface with the outside world.
