It ensures that services are available when needed, reducing unplanned downtime and improving business continuity.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Information_Security_Management\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Information Security Management<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Information Security Management (ISM) is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective policies and controls to protect the organization&#8217;s information.
