Below, we detail the main types of subscriptions and products available on our platform.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"172\" data-end=\"238\">PMG Academy offers the following types of subscriptions and products:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"242\" data-end=\"305\"><strong data-start=\"242\" data-end=\"264\">Monthly Subscription<\/strong>: automatic monthly recurring billing;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"308\" data-end=\"369\"><strong data-start=\"308\" data-end=\"329\">Annual Subscription<\/strong>: automatic annual recurring billing;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"372\" data-end=\"418\"><strong data-start=\"372\" data-end=\"383\">Exams<\/strong>: one-time payment, non-recurring;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"372\" data-end=\"418\"><strong>Single Courses<\/strong>: one-time payment per course, with access valid for a determined period or subject to a renewal fee;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"421\" data-end=\"474\"><strong data-start=\"421\" data-end=\"441\">Digital Books:<\/strong> one-time payment, non-recurring.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"687\" data-end=\"786\"><em data-start=\"687\" data-end=\"700\">Note<\/em>: some courses, such as ITIL 5, PRINCE2, and DevOps, require mandatory purchase of the exam along with the course.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Disabling Recurring Charges<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"196\" data-end=\"377\">You can cancel the recurring charge for your subscription directly within the PMG Academy platform by navigating to: <strong data-start=\"306\" data-end=\"359\">My Orders &gt; Subscription &gt; Click on &#8220;Deactivate&#8221; (or Cancel) your subscription.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"379\" data-end=\"470\">After deactivation, you will no longer be charged unless you manually reactivate the subscription.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"472\" data-end=\"624\">Please note that the cancellation may take a few days to be processed by the payment systems, so keep an eye on your billing history.<\/p>\n<h3>3. However, any non-refundable transaction fees charged by the payment processor (if applicable) may be deducted.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"503\" data-end=\"711\">For purchases made with a credit card, any interest charges applied by your card issuer for installment plans are not refundable by PMG Academy.<\/p>\n<h3>II &#8211; Using Discount Coupons<\/h3>\nIf the customer used a promotional discount coupon and requests a refund within the stipulated refund period and conditions, the amount actually paid to PMG Academy will be refunded, not the total product price without the applied discount.\n<h3>III \u2013 Monthly and Annual Subscription Plan<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"137\" data-end=\"425\">PMG Academy will refund the full amount paid within 7 (seven) days after the purchase, only if the student has watched less than 10% of the course lessons, has not downloaded the course materials, and has not issued the completion certificate.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"427\" data-end=\"507\">After the refund request, access to the course will be immediately blocked.<\/p>\n<h3>IV &#8211; Individual Online Courses<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"117\" data-end=\"350\">PMG Academy will refund the full amount paid within 7 (seven) days after the purchase, only if the student has watched less than 30% of the recorded lessons and has not downloaded the course materials.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"352\" data-end=\"443\">After the refund request, access to the purchased course will be immediately blocked.<\/p>\n<h3>V &#8211; Digital Books &#8211; e-Books (PDF)<\/h3>\nPMG Academy will refund the full amount paid for online e-books, provided the request is made within 7 (seven) days after the purchase, considering the amount actually paid at the time of acquisition, and provided the file has not been downloaded (if tracking is available).\n<h3>VI &#8211; Online Exams from Third-Party Institutes<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"192\" data-end=\"494\">The exam institutes EXIN, ISACA, IT-Shaped, Axelos, APMG, and PeopleCert do not issue refunds after 7 (seven) days from purchase or if the exam voucher has already been used. Using the voucher means registering the exam date with the institute, submitting your details, or taking the exam.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"496\" data-end=\"633\">PMG Academy does not issue refunds for exam fees, as it only acts as an intermediary in the sale and transfer of exam vouchers.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"635\" data-end=\"829\">The student is required to perform the connection tests as instructed on the sales page before purchasing, thereby ensuring eligibility for a refund within the stipulated period and conditions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"831\" data-end=\"998\">All exams have a validity period. If this period is exceeded, the voucher will be canceled and its use will be blocked, with no right to a refund of the amount invested.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1000\" data-end=\"1276\">The institutes may change the validity period of exams due to updates or discontinuation. PMG Academy commits to notifying the student of these changes, and it is the student\u2019s responsibility to comply with the new deadline, without the right to a refund.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1278\" data-end=\"1490\">Since the vouchers belong to the institutes, which are subject to international laws, refunds may not be granted under certain circumstances according to the rules of each institution.<\/p>\n<h3>VII &#8211; Site Access<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"146\" data-end=\"463\">Access to the product will be blocked immediately upon the customer&#8217;s refund request. PMG Academy reserves the right to block the student&#8217;s access to new purchases, as well as free use of site features such as forums, quizzes, article comments, social media discussions, and others.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"465\" data-end=\"854\">Do not request a refund directly through dispute claims with Payment Gateways, banks, or credit card companies without first contacting us. Paddle\u2019s refund policy may allow a 14-day period to request a refund after purchase for customers in specific jurisdictions (such as the EU\/UK).
